How do I schedule?

Please complete the form on the “Book your session!” page and a representative from the company will contact you.

How much does a session cost?

· Portrait sessions start at $475 (includes 10 retouched images)

Are deposits required?

Yes, deposits are required to book a session and are non-refundable.

The deposit is deducted from your total cost. Deposits must be made in advance to confirm your appointment. The balance is due prior to the session/event date.

Accepted methods of payment

You will receive an invoice for payment.

How long will it take for me to get my pictures?

Clients can expect a 5-7 business day delivery window for edited photos. If a faster turnaround is needed, please contact the company and we will do our best to accommodate your need. An expedited fee may be required depending on the request. Final photos will be provided via a personal secure link to a gallery and available for download. The gallery will be available for two weeks.

Do you have a cancellation/ reschedule policy?

Yes, a 48-hour cancellation/reschedule notice is required. Your deposit will be valid and can be used towards another shoot within one month of the cancelled/rescheduled date.

If you do not meet the 48-hour cancellation/reschedule window, you will lose your deposit and will have to re-book your shoot.

Please be on time! If you are late, your appointment time is not extended.

Example: If your one-hour photo session is scheduled to start at 1:00 pm and you arrive at 1:30 pm, your appointment will still conclude at 2 pm, not 2:30 pm.

Will you use my pictures for marketing (social media/website)?

Yes, unless discussed in detail prior to your appointment being confirmed.

Photo Release Disclosure: Upon accepting & completing a photo appointment with DLM Photography, LLC you agree and consent to DLM Photography, LLC reserving the right to use photographs taken for business purposes and materials. These materials might include printed or electronic publications (including websites: DLM Photography, LLC, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest). You further agree that your first name initial and last name may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s). You authorize use of these images and identifying features indefinitely without compensation. All negatives, positives, prints, digital reproductions and enhancements shall be the property of DLM Photography, LLC.
